Animated Alphabet for Windows

Teaches letter sounds using upper and lower case letters. Covers long and short vowels. When the child correctly identifies the letter sound they are rewarded with a silly animation using 3D graphics. Sound is used extensively to help the child identify letter sounds. Help is available as needed by the student. All menu items and directions are read aloud to the student to help pre-readers navigate and operate the program.

Animated Math

Teaches counting, addition and subtraction with animated rewards every step of the way. Not just a drill, but a tutorial that gives graphic help as needed. This program is for young children - it covers the numbers 0 through 9. The game room can be visited after completing ten questions.

Animated Money

Teaches coin recognition and math skills using US and Canadian coins. The coins are scanned in to be highly recognizable. Three types of games are provided: coin recognition and adjustable level matching games (coins to amounts and coins to coins). 10 matches earn a ticket to an animated movie featuring clay animation, etc.

Note ID

Teaches how to read music pitch notation on grand staff with key signatures. Program writes a note on grand staff and sounds its pitch. Student clicks the appropriate note on the screen keyboard. Scoring, automatic advance and modulation included. Student may also play keyboard and program displays note.

Animated Arithmetic

Teaches addition, subtraction, multiplication and division for children from 1st through 4th grades. It provides exercises in addition and subtraction with and without regrouping. Problems can involve up to 9 digits. Puzzle and maze games are used for rewards.

Time Tracker

Time Tracker teaches young children how to tell time using an analog clock. There are ten educational levels ranging from simple hour hand manipulation to complex double-digit subtraction. Upper level equations show a deactivated clock representing the "current" time in conjunction with the main active play clock representing the "configurable" time. Time Tracker uses dynamic leveling algorithm to adjust to the child's ability.

ReadWrite Russian

ReadWrite Russian teaches the Russian alphabet. Lessons include a structured introduction to each letter with over 200 audio examples of their pronunciation. Students can use the voice recording feature to compare their pronunciation with a native speaker's. The writing lessons use animation to illustrate the cursive script with letter stroke orders and word formation.
